Lindsay Campbell is the owner and operator of Pivot Apparel, bringing decades of experience in the Sporting goods and Apparel industry. He is the founder and owner of Pivot Marketing, a strong player in the corporate and sports teamwear market. Pivot Marketing later developed Teamline, which grew into a leading retail and online aquatic sports store with locations in Mt Maunganui and Takapuna. Teamline became a key supplier to aquatic sports events, retail and online customers nationwide before being sold in late 2024.

In 2025, Lindsay took time out to explore his passion for mountain biking, embarking on adventures across New Zealand, the UK, and Italy. Now, he has returned to his roots in the apparel industry—an area he knows inside and out—through his latest venture, Pivot Apparel.
